Do you have stock products to sell?

No, we only accept OEM/ODM order, not selling stock boxes.

All packaging boxes are customized as per your own design artwork printing.

What artwork file format should I provide?

Vector file such as AI or PDF format is the best.

What details are needed to get an exact quote?

The basic elements are the box structure, material, quantity, size, color, logo finishing, accessories.

If you have no idea about it, please advise your product for better recommendation.

How do you ensure quality control?

We have a strict quality control process throughout production from raw material sourcing to final inspection handled by our experienced QC team.

What payment methods do you accept?

We usually accept T/T bank transfer with 30% deposit, and the balance before shipment. Other payment methods can be discussed based on your needs.

Can you print our logo on the boxes?

Yes, your logo can be printed or applied with different finishes. We will send you a digital proof or die-line for approval before production.

What printing and surface finishes do you offer?

We offer a variety of printing and finishes, including CMYK offset printing, hot stamping (gold/silver), embossing, debossing, spot UV, glossy/matte lamination, Scodix,Fresnel Lens Effect printing and more.

Do you provide samples? Is there a sample fee?

Yes, we can provide stock samples or white sample for free. For custom samples, a sampling fee may apply depending on the design. If your order is large,This fee can be refunded after you place a bulk order.

What is your minimum order quantity MOQ?

Our typical MOQ is 500–1000 pieces, depending on the box type and the complexity of the design.

What’s your lead time?

Sample making around 3-7 working days. Mass production around 10-25 working days.
